Terms Of Use

Effective date: June 11, 2026

Welcome to theappliancesrepairpro.com, the website of Appliances Repair Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of This Website

This website is provided to share information about our appliance repair services and to allow you to request service. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Services, Appointments & Fees

Service descriptions on this site are for general information. A $70 diagnostic fee applies to service visits and is credited toward your repair if you choose to proceed. Appointment windows are typically 2 to 3 hours. Final pricing depends on the appliance, the diagnosis, and required parts, and will be communicated before work begins.

Warranty

Completed repairs are backed by a 90-day labor warranty and a 90-day parts warranty. Warranty coverage applies to the repaired issue and parts we installed, and does not cover unrelated failures, misuse, or pre-existing conditions in other components.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Appliances Repair Pro or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind regarding the site itself. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appliances Repair Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits the warranties we expressly provide for completed repair work.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Hamilton County, Indiana.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
